This is where you tell us what fileroom services you need so our pricing calculator can give you a quote. We also ask you to briefly answer some key questions so we are clear on your requirements. If you need something a little different, please complete our custom quote form.

It is important that you receive your job exactly as you need it. You can specify what you need right down to specific image types, optimised PDF, print artwork etc. Remember master design files will be uploaded to your brand room, so you have access to that too.

We offer you some options such as standard or express delivery. Remember final delivery will be impacted by how quickly you can respond to the revisions and sign off with final approval. We are good at communicating with you through the whole process.

Our online pricing calculator will price your job. If all ok, accept your quote and enter payment details. When you submit your order, our system will only do a payment authorisation. Your payment will be processed when you have approved the final job.

Upload any relevant files with your order. If you have a style guide, please upload that to your order or your brand room. As long we can read it, we are good with most file formats. We will always let you know if there are any issues with your file/s.

Sign-in and submit your order. The final order confirmation screen will pop up as soon as you log in. If you are new to fileroom, complete the sign-up process first to create your client fileroom and then submit your order.

Our system will create your job and allocate it to one of our team members. Your job milestone clock is then set to ensure your job is delivered on time. Watch the progress of your job on the tracker located on your fileroom dashboard. You will also receive an email or SMS notification when your job moves into new stages.

When your job is ready for review, we will initiate a review workflow. You and your invited collaborators can then preview the job and mark-up your feedback directly on the preview file for our team to amend. You can approve/amend or reject your collaborators comments and finalise the review.

Once the review process is complete, you can approve your job with one simple click. Our team will then process your payment and deliver your final files to your delivery box. Your master file will also be saved into your brand room.
